From egg to adult dragon
On opening day, every player gets a dragon egg. You hatch it, raise it, and it grows with you all season long.
The egg
You get it when you arrive on your island. It’s yours and nobody else’s.
The dragonling
It hatches, learns its first skills and levels up by your side.
The adult dragon
Big, strong, still yours. It works on your island, even when you’re away.
It works for you, even offline
Your dragon learns trades and looks after your island while you do something else. A few examples:
Your absence never harms it. No need to log in every day.
Ember Breath
Give it logs: it chars them and hands you back charcoal.
Fertile Wingbeat
It flies over your plot: your crops grow faster.
Forge Breath
It heats your smelting workshop. Ores come out processed.
Quarry Claws
It mines the quarry you built and brings you stone and resources.
These are examples: the trades are still being tuned.
Easy to start, brand new every season
The name comes from Aeolia, the floating island of the wind god in the Odyssey. Here, everything starts on an island in the sky.
No mods to install
You play with your regular Minecraft. The server’s resource pack adds the blocks, items, creatures and interface.
Everyone starts from scratch
Each season has its own theme. On opening day, nobody is ahead of you.

You start on your own floating island, with your dragon. It’s up to you to make it grow.

Launch Minecraft Java Edition
The regular game, on PC, Mac or Linux.
Add the server
In the Multiplayer menu, add a server with this address:

The game offers it when you connect. It adds Eolia’s dragons, blocks and interface.

Can I play on Bedrock?
No. Eolia is for Minecraft Java Edition only, on PC, Mac or Linux. Consoles and the mobile version can’t connect.
Does it cost anything?
No, Eolia is free. You only need a Minecraft Java Edition account.
Do I need to install a mod?
No. When you connect, the server offers its resource pack. Accept it and all of Eolia’s content appears: blocks, items, creatures and interface.
When does it open?
Friday 18 December 2026 at 8 pm CET (Paris time). Add the date to your calendar so you don’t miss it.

What if I arrive late?
No problem. Everyone starts on the same day, but you can join us whenever you like during the season. Your egg will wait for you.
Do I have to log in every day for my dragon?
No. When it runs out of materials or its storage is full, it rests. Being away never harms it.
